TECH POLICY
Crisis Committees will be provided with Chromebooks. All other committees will be responsible for bringing their own.
GA Committees are no tech, and is only allowed during unmods, and resolutions.
GUEST SPEAKER: Tracy J. Egoscue
Tracy J. Egoscue is the founder and President of Egoscue Law Group, Inc., which focuses on compliance counseling and environmental litigation. Throughout her career, Ms. Egoscue has been appointed to serve on numerous agencies and Boards including the California Climate Action Registry, the Technical Advisory Committee for the California Office of Oil Spill Prevention and Response, and the Harbor Safety Committee for the Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbor Complex. In 2014, Ms. Egoscue was appointed to the Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners for the Port of Long Beach, and was elected Board President in 2018. Ms. Egoscue has also practiced environmental litigation as a Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice. Ms. Egoscue received her J.D. from George Washington University and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is also licensed to practice in Connecticut.
